Faithmarco Technologies Inc. (“FTI”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who we are

What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name, company, email address, mobile number, how you prefer to be contacted, and the details you give about your request. We also record the page you sent it from, and, if you arrived through a partner link, the name of that partner.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and, if you become a client, deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who else handles it
Service providers that run this website for us: website hosting, database, email, and text messaging providers. They process your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after two years. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
How we protect it
Access is limited to FTI staff who need it. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, and we keep text-message alerts to a minimum of personal details.
Where it is stored
Your inquiry is kept in a database hosted in Singapore. Our website hosting, email, and text-message providers may also process it outside the Philippines. We choose providers that protect it to the standard the Data Privacy Act requires.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@fti.one. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Cookies
We use one small cookie to remember which partner link brought you to the site, for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page, with a new version date.
