Response and replacement times are written into your service agreement, so you know exactly what to expect.

- Who owns the computers?
- FTI does. We manage them, maintain them, and can replace or upgrade them at any time.
- What happens when a computer breaks?
- We repair it, and you get a replacement unit while yours is being fixed.
- What happens after 24 months?
- You return the computers, or renew with new ones.
- We already have our own computers. Can you support those?
- Yes, through FTI Managed IT Support. Ask us in the form.
Computers remain the property of FTI, which may replace or upgrade them at any time. Prices are per user per month, plus 12% VAT.
